• Demographic Information: We may collect optional data such as your gender, race/ethnicity, or parents’ education level to provide more personalized admissions guidance.
• Subscription Data: We collect and track subscription status (monthly or yearly) via RevenueCat, a secure third-party service provider.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage statistics to improve the app's performance and features.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate personalized college admissions recommendations
• Provide access to premium features based on your subscription
• Improve app functionality and user experience
• Respond to support requests and user inquiries
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

3. Subscription & Payments

TigerME offers two subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month
• Yearly Subscription: $44.99 per year

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and billed via your Apple ID account. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time via your iOS device settings.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and secure services (including Firebase and RevenueCat) to store and protect your data. While no method of transmission is 100% secure, we work hard to ensure your information is safe.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You may request to delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@tigermeapp.com or using the in-app “Delete My Account” feature.

6. Children’s Privacy

TigerME is intended for use by high school students and requires parental consent where applicable. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 without appropriate legal consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. You will be notified of any material changes via in-app notifications or updates to this page.
